Every Significant Journey is handmade, signed and numbered by designer Kathy Lengyel. The bags are made to order. Prices vary based on the type of handle you select. Production takes 2-3 weeks from time of order.

Make Your Own Handbag
If you love to sew and looking to make a handbag that is different from everything else on the market, we have the bag for you! These designer quality handbags are easy to make. We did all the hard work for you. Every Significant Journey handbag kit includes all the materials already embroidered and cut to size. All you need to do is straight stitch sew and put it all together. Our detail illustrated instructions in kit and color photos on our Blog will make sewing a hobby everyone will want to learn.

Select Your Handles Separately.
When ordering online, under each handbag kit are options for your choice of handles. The base kit does not include handles. You can select handles from our list of options or add handles from any other source. Our instructions show how to attach our handles. All handles are 30mm wide. Choose from cotton web, ultrasuede, leather or cotton wax braid.
Cotton Web- Colors: Black, Natural, Turquoise and Denim Blue.
Ultrasuede®- Colors: Black, Brown, Turquoise, Purple, Bright Pink, Denim Blue, Navy and Light Red.
Lambskin Leather- Colors: Black
Cotton Wax Braid- Colors: Black, Natural.
